LADY CHRISTINA is a magnificent yacht built by Oceanco in 2005. She offers lots of deck space as well as all a very comfortable and luxurious interior.
Accommodation
Master Stateroom
This consists of a very spacious and elegant suite forward, with superb views through a semi-circle of windows and a delightful saloon with doors opening onto the aft deck. Doors at various points allow this arrangement to be flexible with the upper saloon becoming private or public as required. The change of level on the owner’s deck has provided the opportunity for a grand staircase leading up to an impressive oval Dressing Room which is almost shrine-like, having an oval table with a golden leaping jaguar at its centre. On the other side of the suite there is a spectacular split-level bathroom with a spa bath bordered with onyx and furnished with gold hand-rails set into the stairs between levels.
Guest Stateroom 1 to 4
The four guest cabins on the lower deck are brighter than usual as each one has two large oval ports. Generous in size they have silk panelled walls and attractive marble bathrooms; the double cabins having tubs and the twin cabins showers. The fabrics, marbles and joinery details are altered slightly for each cabin, allows a feeling of individuality to come through. All cabins have full comprehensive entertainment centres fed from a central server
Dining Room
The formal dining room has been placed forward on the starboard side of the main deck, using roughly half the width of the hull. A special feature of this room is the large opening window, one of three aboard, which gives this room the feeling of a terrace restaurant but without the ‘verandah’ feature seen on some recent yachts
Main Saloon
The upper saloon of Lady Christina is incredibly bright thanks to having floor to ceiling glass doors on the aft side and four more large windows at the sides. The forward bulkhead is surfaced in burl myrtle with inset panels of burl maple which has a light golden colour and is framed with a narrow pink string of rosewood. At dado height there is a decorative border of tiny curled waves made from tinted maple cut into natural maple. All of the wood is finished in a satin varnish which shows the beauty of the timber without the intimidating gleam of high gloss. The centre of the room is taken up by a square of comfortable sofas and armchairs upholstered in off-white wool grouped around a glass-topped coffee table standing on elegant gold supports. In one corner of the room is a small curved bar topped with incredible onyx streaked with reddish pink patterns.
Main Deck
In the more public spaces such as hall and stairways, Zuretti has made lavish use of the zebra-striped timber Zebrano.
Sun Deck
The sun deck has steps up to the forward area of comfortable seats, Sun lounging chairs sheltered by a glass windscreen or down to the fully-equipped barbecue / bar area and open-air table set under the shade of the radar arch. Service has been well thought-out with a food lift from the galley and a hidden stair to a pantry on the owner’s deck, the stairs then continuing to the galley itself.
Seating Aft Deck

Beauty Saloon
Forward of the dining room on the main deck is an elegant and professional looking beauty salon, stocked to provide full beauty treatments and massage therapy.
Tender Garage
No tenders can be seen from outside the yacht: they are carried in two ‘garages’ right aft with upwards opening doors on either side of the hull and overhead sliding hoists. A special advantage of this layout is that from the guest lobby on the lower deck, you can pass through a watertight door into these garages and beyond to the gym and stern platform without needing to cross the main saloon dressed for swim or gym.
Fitness
The most surprising view is from aft, where the usual lazarette area has been used for a gym with upright patio doors onto the boarding platform and two skylights. From the inside, this is a bright, interesting space incorporating a fully tiled steam room with fibre optic ‘twinkling star’ ceiling, and a shower.
